The position
As a Key Account Director at Cambio, you will be commercially responsible for a key customer group or a major client. Your mission is to build and nurture strategic relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving successful sales, and supporting both new and existing clients in their digital transformation journey
Your key responsibilities will be to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with a key customer group or major client, ensuring high levels of value delivery and customer satisfaction. Identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with customer needs will be essential, as you collaborate to create solutions that drive business growth. You will provide expert support and guidance throughout the customers’ digital transformation, helping them maximize the benefits of our products, solutions, and services. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll deepen your understanding of Cambio’s offerings, ensuring seamless alignment in delivering outstanding results. You will also lead the governance structure for your assigned customer group, serving as the primary sponsor of the customer team. Lastly, you will hold overall responsibility for managing and overseeing customer contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
You’ll be a key player within our Sales Team, a part of our Commercial organization, which manages all sales across different customers and markets. Working alongside stakeholders at various levels, you’ll contribute to the growth and success of our business by delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

About you
To thrive in this role, we believe you possess strong leadership in managing key accounts and customer relationships, with a proven track record of navigating complex sales processes and consistently delivering measurable customer value. You are results-oriented, with a structured and proactive approach to business development, and extensive experience in managing complex contracts to drive successful outcomes. An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating customer needs and solutions. Expertise in guiding healthcare clients through digital transformation, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in IT/Digitalization sales, covering products, solutions and services towards the Healthcare industry
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on driving customer success.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of LOU
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- University degree in Business, IT, Healthcare or a related field.
- Experience from the Healthcare or eHealth industry
Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
