What does the recruitment process look like?
The process may differ depending on the role you have applied for. We have a structured recruitment process as typically follows:
- Application
- First meeting with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners
- Interviews with the team and team manager
- References & background check
- Final offer

When a job lists multiple locations, it means we're flexible about where you’re based. You can apply for any of the listed locations.

Are interviews virtual or in-person?
We offer both virtual and in-person interviews, depending on the role and your preference. We'll work with you to find the best option.

Where are the Cambio offices located?
Cambio has four offices in Sweden:
- Linköping: Gamla Tanneforsvägen 92
- Stockholm: Sveavägen 44
- Motala: Urban Hjärnes väg 1a
- Kalmar: Västra Sjögatan 31
We also have offices in Denmark, Sri Lanka and in the UK.

At Cambio, we have a well-structured introduction program for all new employees, designed to make you feel welcomed. It includes Preboarding, Onboarding, and Follow-up phases

Why do Cambio conduct background checks?
At Cambio, we conduct background checks for certain positions, especially those involving the handling of sensitive data. This step is taken at the end of the recruitment process and serves as a complement to our overall candidate evaluation. The purpose is to ensure a secure working environment for both employees and clients.

What is included in the background check?
What is included in the background check?
The background check include: Identity verification, Criminal record check, Financial history (e.g., payment remarks)
ToFindOut, our background check provider, verifies facts from publicly available sources and information submitted by the candidate.
Who has access to the information?
Only a few key persons in the process will have access to the background check information. All data is handled with strict confidentiality.
How long is the information stored?
The background check data is deleted from our systems no later than two weeks after the check is completed.

We’ve got your application!
Once we receive your application, our Talent team will review your application to evaluate your skills, experience, and potential fit for the role. If your background matches our needs, we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.
Let’s get to know each other!
You’ll be invited to 2–3 interviews, depending on the position. This give us the opportunity to get to know you better and for you to learn more about our culture, team, and ways of working.
Background check and reference calls!
As part of the final stage, we’ll reach out to 2–3 professional references. For some positions, a background check may also be conducted.
