The process may differ depending on the role you have applied for. We have a structured recruitment process as typically follows:
- Application
- First meeting with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners
- Interviews with the team and team manager
- References & background check
- Final offer

When a job lists multiple locations, it means we're flexible about where you’re based. You can apply from any of the listed locations.

We offer both virtual and in-person interviews, depending on the role and your preference. We'll work with you to find the best option.

Cambio has four offices in Sweden:

- Kalmar: Västra Sjögatan 31
We also have offices in Denmark, Sri Lanka and the UK.
