Wellness
We encourage a healthy lifestyle. All employees get a yearly wellness contribution of 5000 SEK. We also offer discounted fees at several training facilities.
Vaccination
We allow all employees to vaccinate against the seasonal flu, at Cambio’s expense.
Donate blood during office hours
We allow our employees to donate blood during working hours.
Paid leaves
To facilitate work-life balance we offer some paid days off, e.g. two days when you move to a new home, one day on your 50th birthday, and two days in case of rapid illness for a close relative, amongst others.
Vacation
Our employees have 6 weeks of vacation. We also allow all new employees to get a pre-paid vacation.
Flexible working hours
We want our employees to have a sustainable work-life balance and that is why we offer flexible working hours.

On top of the flexible working hours, we also offer all employees to use a flex account.
Hybrid working model
We value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office.

Health insurance and counseling
We have a health insurance for all employees. The insurance helps you get fast medical care if you would need it. You also get access to several other services free of charge. Our insurance also offers counseling of different kinds.
Group life insurance
As a complement to the insurance plan, there is an opportunity to add a private group life insurance.
Additional parental leave pay
We offer parental leave pay, an additional compensation on top of what you get from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) as parental allowance.
Pension
We have a market-based pension and we want to give our employees the freedom of choice when it comes to pension solutions and all employees are offered personal and individual guidance.
