Consulting Manager within eHealth

The position
As a Consulting Manager you will have the opportunity to work within the growing e-health-business supporting our customers on their digitalization journey. You will share your time between leadership/people management of your team and developing our consulting organization and consulting services.
In your role you will work closely with a team of consulting managers to ensure the best possible delivery to our customers. You will together be responsible for capacity planning and competence development for the consulting team and for ensuring we have the right skills set and conditions to deliver value to our customers.
You will report to the Consulting Director for Healthcare Consulting which is part of our Delivery organization at Cambio.

About you

You naturally have good people skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally as well as being a pragmatic team player who enjoys working together with your colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience as a leader and/or project manager, eg within consulting
- Experience from Consulting and/or project management
- University degree within eg. Business or IT
- Very good communication and presentation skills - verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Ability to travel for work when required
It's a bonus if you
- Experience from the Public Sector and/or e-health
- Experience from Sales and business development, preferably within IT/Digitalization
- Experience from forecasting and managing a budget
Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
