Fullstack Developer to MittVaccin
Cambio is one of the Nordics' leading suppliers in eHealth with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. Our eHealth solutions support healthcare professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish health and social care. We are growing continuously and now have about 1100 employees in several countries.
Since 2012, MittVaccin has been a pioneer in digital service development for residents and healthcare providers within both the private and public healthcare sectors. Since 2020, we are Cambio MittVaccin, and as a member of Cambio, our innovation and digitalization of vaccination services have accelerated. With the trust of 13 regions and 350 healthcare providers with clinics in over 220 municipalities in Sweden's all 21 regions, we have a nationwide presence, continuously striving to improve the interaction between vaccinators and residents. MittVaccin is the singlest largest source of vaccination information in Sweden supporting not only its many healthcare providers but also national reporting and information sharing. Our work increases awareness, knowledge, and accessibility to vaccinations. In this way, we aim to drive demand for patient-safe and efficient vaccination management in Sweden, ultimately benefiting both public health and society’s protection against serious diseases.
The position
As a Fullstack Developer with us, you will have the opportunity to work on and develop Sweden's most modern and well-established digital vaccination platform – MittVaccin; both the EHR system and the Inhabitant service mittvaccin.se and related solution components. You will be part of a dynamic and agile organization with global ambitions. Every team member is an essential link in the chain, and each person has significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to shape their role. You will see firsthand how your development work contributes to public benefit and preventive healthcare for all.
In this role, you will work on the development, design, and architecture of both our frontend and backend, with a primary focus on backend. You will also be involved in technical investigations as part of your work. Together with the development team—comprising system developers, solution architects, product owners, and others—you will drive the development of MittVaccin Journal and MittVaccin Citizen Service forward.
The focus is on new development and building from scratch rather than pure maintenance. Key requirements for the services include scalability, performance, regulatory compliance, medical safety, and self-service functionality. The development team works agilely using Kanban and Scrum in sprints, with multiple service releases each year. You will participate in sprint planning alongside product owners and the rest of the development team.
Our workplace is characterized by modern and coaching leadership, respect, inclusion, transparency, personal ownership, flexibility, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to caring for each other as colleagues and human beings.
At Cambio, we encourage taking initiatives that contribute to the development of the company and ourselves. For us, it is important that you should have the opportunity to grow, both as a person and as an employee. Our culture is described through the words “Trust”, “Care” and “Together” which permeate everything we do.
About you
You are passionate about finding the best solutions for our customers, have a pedagogical approach, and find it interesting to deepen your understanding of various healthcare processes and needs—translating them into technical solutions. You work independently with strong self-motivation but also thrive when collaborating with your team members or customers.
