Project Office Manager

The position
As the Head of one of the Project Offices at Cambio you will be leading a group of professional project managers. You will be part of owning the project methods, tools, and to secure an effective governance that we use to secure high-quality and efficient project deliveries.
Cambio’s primary objective is to deliver a high-quality customer experience, and the project managers reporting to you play a critical role in delivering against our customer contracts, needs, and expectations.
Achieving this objective will require a strong customer focus and experience from delivering large scale end-to-end projects within complex IT environments for enterprise IT customers where predictability, quality and security are of paramount importance.
Your success will be measured through the deliveries from your team, and your responsibility will include (but is not limited to) strategic planning, organisational design, competence development, workforce planning, budgetary management, and career development.

About you
You are highly motivated and driven and thrive in the face of multiple challenges. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within Project Management and several years of leadership experience.
- Significant and demonstrable experience of the development, implementation and use of different Project and Program Delivery Methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale development and delivery projects and programs through to go-live and beyond to enterprise software customers in a Managed Services environment.
- Experiences from budget and forecasting
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Relevant education
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
