Service Area Manager within eHealth

The position
As the Service Area Manager at Cambio, you are responsible for the internal and customer-facing deliveries. You will be part of owning the way of working for the area, tools, and to secure an effective governance to secure high-quality and efficient deliveries from the team.
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals working within service delivery. You will also be part of a team of leaders responsible for different areas of our service delivery. Together, you will collaborate to ensure alignment, excellence, and continuous improvement across the full delivery organization.
Cambio’s primary objective is to deliver a high-quality customer experience, and your future team plays a critical role in delivering against our customer contracts, needs, and expectations.
Achieving this objective will require a strong customer focus and experience from major IT-deliveries where predictability, quality and security are of paramount importance.
This responsibility will include strategic planning, organisational design, workforce planning, budgetary management, and career development planning to highlight just a few competencies required.

Requirements
- Experience from a leading position with personnel responsibility
- Experience from budget and forecasting
- Experience from Change Management
- Significant and demonstrable experience of the IT-industry
- Highly disciplined and structured, sharp business acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor messaging and delivery according to the audience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
