The position
We’re looking for a Receptionist / Mood Manager to be the heart of our office — the first face people see when they arrive and the person who sets the tone for the day.
The Mood Manager/Receptionist is responsible for managing the facility operations and creating a welcoming, positive, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and clients. This position combines traditional administrative support and facility duties with a focus on cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere and contributing to the overall mood and energy of the office through interpersonal engagement and attentiveness. The Mood Manager/Receptionist is also responsible for internal events, such as summer parties, office after work etc.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, facility, front desk, or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
It's a bonus if you
- Experience coordinating internal events or office initiatives
- An interest in workplace wellbeing or office experience management
Place of employment: Stockholm (on site)
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
