The position

As part of our agile and innovative team, you will play a key role throughout the entire development lifecycle from gathering requirements to delivering high-quality, production-ready services. You will take the lead in developing a modern, API-first platform, working with test-driven development and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and domain experts, you will help create intuitive and powerful user experiences while contributing to architectural decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and security. In this role, you will also work with cutting-edge technologies and platforms, keeping you at the forefront of modern software development.

Our Tech Stack

You’ll be working with:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot

• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift)

• Development practices: TDD, CI/CD, API-first, AI-enhanced development

Requirements 

• Has several years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, exploratory environment.

• Has excellent analytical skills and enjoys solving complex problems.

• Thrives in cross-functional teams and is eager to take ownership from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

It a bonus if you have:

• Experience working with AI in your day-to-day work.

Additional information:

Place of employment: Linköping, Motala or Stockholm

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
