Quality Assurance Engineer

The position
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will join a cross-functional agile development team working on products within the care documentation domain. At Cambio, we believe quality is a mindset. Your mission is to ensure software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle—collaborating closely with developers, testers, and product owners.
Your work will include designing and maintaining automated tests, improving test frameworks, and performing manual testing when needed. You will also contribute to continuous improvements in QA practices and explore how AI technologies can enhance testing and quality processes.
Your tasks will include
· Design, implement, and maintain automated tests and test frameworks
· Participate in code reviews and collaborate to ensure high-quality releases
· Identify and manage defects, and verify fixes
· Drive continuous improvements in QA practices, tools, and performance
· Engage in design and requirement phases to ensure testability
· Explore and apply AI technologies to enhance testing strategies, improve automation, and optimize quality assurance processes

About you
You have at least a couple of years of experience working in software development with a focus on quality assurance. You enjoy working in agile teams and thrive in environments where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key.

Additional information:
Place of employment: Linköping
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
