The position
As a People Success Partner at Cambio, you play a key role in empowering leaders and teams through strategic and hands-on support across the entire HR domain. You work closely with leaders as their trusted advisor on matters related to leadership, organisational development, capability building, and employee engagement.
You translate business needs into people initiatives that strengthen performance, wellbeing and culture. A key part of the role is to develop and optimise our people processes so they become scalable and future-proof, making smart use of digital tools and AI where they can simplify, enhance or accelerate our ways of working.
You also lead projects independently and contribute to continuous improvements across the People Success function.
Altogether, this role gives you a broad and impactful mandate across both strategic and operational people topics in a growing, purpose‑driven tech organisation.

About you
To be able to feel comfortable in this position, you should be a communicative HR professional who understands how to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on support. You enjoy working closely with leaders, thrive in a dynamic environment, and bring a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach. You are confident working independently, comfortable navigating change, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact on both people and the business.

Requirements
Proven background working as a HR Business Partner
Practical experience managing employee relations and Swedish labor law matters
Demonstrates strong professional courage and integrity when partnering with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to independently lead and deliver projects
Experience and a genuine interest in optimizing HR processes through digitalization and AI
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Degree or formal education in Swedish labor law or a related HR field
It's a bonus if you:
Experience from the tech industry or other fast‑paced environments
Additional information:
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
