Senior Project Manager within e-health

The position
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion to develop and deliver great software and would like to work with e-health?
If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a great team working cross the complete company leading projects that provide preventive, intelligent and reliable solutions making a difference through the digitalization of healthcare.
As Project Manager you will plan and manage different development and implementation projects toward its goals. You will have dialogues with internal and external customers and manage the financial and commercial aspects of the project.
You will manage collaboration within the project team as well as with other areas of the organization. Perform stakeholder analysis, risk management and change control.
To feel comfortable in this position you must be great at building trust and communicating well to create clarity and structure.

About you
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong knowledge of project management with different project methods. It is easy for you to build relationships as you have a coaching mindset and experience to lead as a facilitator and enabler.

Requirements
Solid experience as a project manager
Experience from common project methodologies such as PPS
Experience of running projects using agile delivery methods
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
It's a bonus if you have
Experience from driving organizational transformation projects
Experience from IT-infrastructure projects
Experience from the Health Care industry
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
