• What do your days look like as a Product Learning Expert Teamlead?

  As a Product Learning Expert I mainly work with education and digital training for our customers. I have a lot of contact with different stakeholders at the company to produce and make content for all the digital training within my areas of Cambios products. I also work in our Learning management system with maintenance and improvements and make sure that all our customers have the right training at the right time.

  As a Teamlead I also do a lot of administration and planning for the team activities and make sure that we deliver on all of our different projects and releases.

• What do you find most rewarding in your current role?

  I am passionate about learning new things, and working with education and digital training is an ever-evolving field that continuously improves with new ways of working. This role also gives me the opportunity to explore new working tools and to improve the customer experience. It is also rewarding for me to see everyone collaborating towards the same goal, which is one of the reasons I enjoy coordinating the team and our assignments

• How was it to transition from working in healthcare to a more IT-related job? And how have your previous experiences in healthcare helped you in your current role?

  It was of course a big change, altough, I appreciate that I can still contribute to healthcare but in a different way. I have always had an interest in administration and sometimes worked with patient administration before. My previous experience in being an end user is a big advantage when creating digital training today. I am familiar with the challanges related to time for education in healthcare, which we try to have in mind when developing our materials - it needs to be easy and quick with high-quality content.

• What special talent do you have?

  I can open a bag of candy and save it for later!

• How would you describe the company culture here at Cambio?

  I really like the culture at Cambio and I think that our three keywords Trust, Care and Together say it all. We have a warm atmosphere at the office and a lot of laughter in the team. I always feel that I can get support when needed, that we care about each other and that we solve every challenge together. I also appreciate the benefit of working both from the office and from home, it gives a flexible worklife balance.
