Leadership Academy

Leadership Academy is our internal leadership program for all people managers and leaders included in the Leadership Framework. The program aims to train the leadership behaviours in the leadership profile, provide tools for everyday leadership and create network among leaders. The Academy consists of a leadership feedback report and four full days of training with home assignments in between.

A dynamic network where leaders meet—locally and globally, both in-person and online to learn, share experiences, and grow. Based on our Leadership Profile, each session focuses on practical topics like feedback and coaching, with tools and time for reflection.
