IT System Engineer

The position
Cambio has built an organization to deliver our products as a service. We are now looking for an IT System Engineer who will be part of our IT operational team, focusing on deploying and improving our internal infrastructure and platforms – as a prerequisite for our organization to deliver for what is Sweden's largest electronic health record (EHR).
As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and building the technical infrastructure and IT systems that support our internal platforms for running applications and systems that drive our business forward. You will work according to our standard way of operating and improving the services based on ITIL standards. Our processes and security standards run as a baseline through everything we do. You will also have the opportunity to work with modern tooling and a way of working that encourages innovation.
Some of your key responsibilites;
- Technical responsibility for Azure/Microsoft365 (subscriptions, landing zones, ARC, configurations, enterprise applications, service principals, resource groups)
- Management of the endpoint protection on clients and servers (work with incidents and abnormal behavior, handling rulesets)
- Managing the autopilot and Intune automated solution within the company (managing configuration profiles, scripts, policies, applications and security features, supporting functions like MDM push and VPP tokens)
- Be part of the 3rd line of support for issues regarding our internal infrastructure, applications and user support
- Contribute to Cambio’s strategic tech development by detecting, investigating, analyzing and evaluating relevant IT trends and development within the responsible area of the role
About you
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have great technical skills and have a keen interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and software development. You enjoy putting together technical solutions with your team as well as developing and coaching the team further in your area of expertise.
You take pride in working together with others to solve problems and improve existing solutions. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. To work proactive and take the initiative to identify areas of improvement comes natural for you, and along with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enables you to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, you have what it takes to make it happen. You also have a strong willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools in the DevOps space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience within IT Operations/Application Management
- General knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Enterprise Applications, Entra ID Connect, ITIL, IT Security, Microsoft Azure
- Advanced knowledge and work experience in at least three of:
- EntraID (Conditional Access, Purview)
- Microsoft365 (Exchange, M365 Admin Portal)
- Patch Management (Intune)
- Client Management (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)
- Deployment (Intune)
- Scripting (Powershell)
- Experience with automation of repetitive and manual tasks
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
It's a bonus if you
- Relevant certifications or IT education
- Experience in running knowledge sharing sessions
- Driver’s license (category B)
Additional information:
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
