IT Service manager - Digital Workplace & Business Applications

The position
As IT Service Manager for Digital Workplace & Business Applications at Cambio, your focus is to drive and enhance digital collaboration across the organization. You’ll work with a range of tools that support productivity and collaboration, including the Microsoft suite, Jira Service Management (JSM), and other key platforms used in our daily operations. You will be our guide and coach in supporting and inspiring our organization in how collaborate and excel through our digital tools, and – help us get more value from the tools and licenses we already have.
In this role, you will lead a team of around 15 people located in Linköping, Stockholm, and Sri Lanka. Their capabilities lie within system ownership, O365 skills, and integrations. You will also have our IT Helpdesk team within your department – a service-focused team providing user support to Cambio’s employees across the organization. You will report to the IT Director and be part of our skilled IT management team, working alongside six other managers. You will join our IT service organization, consisting of approximately 100 dedicated team members working within areas such as application management, IT operations, IT tooling management, change, release & environment, and IT security.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team – from recruiting new talent to supporting their growth through performance reviews and development opportunities.
- Keep our IT policies sharp and relevant, making sure they support compliance, efficiency, and cybersecurity. You'll regularly review and update them to stay ahead of business and industry changes.
- Promote maturity and knowledge throughout the organization, where you keep your ear to the ground regarding new tools for digital collaboration.
- Be a key player in the IT management team, helping shape strategy and spotting smart tech solutions that boost how we work and help us reach our goals.
- Build strong internal relationships, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers, making sure we get great value and reliable service.
About you
You have experience leading larger teams and have worked within medium to large organizations—preferably with partner relationships as part of your role. You have worked in organizations with many employees and varying levels of digital maturity.
In this position, prior experience within Microsoft O365 is highly valued—you know the drill, what works, and what doesn’t. While technical skills are a plus, it’s your leadership qualities that are in focus.
You’re used to working in an outsourced environment with vendor management and contract responsibility.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a structured approach to getting the right things done, at the right time, in the right place. You are a natural networker, with with strong social skills, you can as easily communicate with the nerdiest of techs as well as to executive stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing IT systems, developing IT processes and implementing secure infrastructure is essential.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and retain IT talent, fostering a high-performing team.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes in practice.
- Good knowledge of IT security and cybersecurity.
- Good Microsoft O365 skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Additional information: The role involves access to sensitive information, therefore a background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
The recruitment process will include a problem-solving test as well as a personality test.
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
