Second Line Support Manager within eHealth

About the role
As our Second Line Support Manager you will lead Cambio’s team of technical specialists handling complex customer issues escalated from first line. This team plays a vital role in ensuring that healthcare professionals can rely on our systems every day. Your mission will be to secure fast, accurate, and high-quality resolution of escalated cases, and to drive continuous improvement in our support processes.
In this role, you will work closely with our development, operations, and product teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions. You will also ensure that the team follows ITIL best practices, maintains high-quality documentation, and meets internal and contractual service level targets.
As part of Cambio’s Customer Support leadership, you will contribute to defining ways of working, tools, and governance frameworks that ensure excellent delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will give you the opportunity to shape the 2nd line function as we scale our support capabilities for a growing customer base in the Nordic healthcare sector.
About you
You are a technical leader who enjoys solving complex problems and coaching a skilled team of specialists. You thrive in a structured environment, can analyze data to drive improvements, and have strong collaboration skills across departments. You are comfortable prioritizing under pressure and enjoy contributing to long-term operational improvements that enhance customer experience.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading technical or second line support teams, or equivalent university degree in IT, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in complex incident and problem management
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and support infrastructure
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Experience collaborating with development/engineering teams
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
It’s a bonus if you
- Have healthcare IT experience or knowledge of regulated environments
- Have managed larger technical teams or multi-location teams
- Are experienced in root cause analysis (RCA) and process improvement initiatives
Additional information:
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
