People Success Generalist
Do you want to make a difference for our employees and managers at Cambio, so they can make a difference in society? Then this People Success Generalist role might be for you.

Our e-health solutions supports health care professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. The role includes hands-on administrative tasks as well as daily support to managers and employees.
Your daily scope of work is varied. You will manage and update employee data in Workday, prepare employment-related documentation, support managers with HR-related questions, and ensure that our processes are followed and continuously improved. You will act as first-line support in matters related to HR and People Operations, and you will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the People Success team.
From time to time, you will also have the opportunity to participate in — or drive — different HR-related projects within our scope, both locally and globally.
About you
You are someone who feels comfortable working with a mix of administrative routines and people-oriented support. You appreciate clear and well defined processes, but you also have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements within existing routines. You communicate clearly and professionally in your interactions, whether you’re guiding a manager, answering employee questions, or collaborating with colleagues across Cambio. You navigate systems and processes with confidence, are reflective in your decision-making, and you’re not afraid to ask questions to ensure high quality outcomes.
You are likely to thrive in this role if you:
Enjoy balancing daily administrative tasks with service-oriented support.
Can work independently, plan your tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Bring a positive mindset, appreciate good teamwork, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and friendly workplace.
