Wellness
We encourage a healthy lifestyle. All employees get a yearly wellness contribution of 5000 SEK. We also offer discounted fees at several training facilities.

Synoptik and computer glasses
All employees of Cambio have the right to an eye exam and subsidized computer glasses when needed. We have an agreement with Synoptik who also offers discounts for regular glasses, lenses, and sunglasses for the employee and his or her family

Vaccination
Cambio gives all employees the
opportunity to get vaccinated against the seasonal flu, at Cambio’s expense. -
Donate blood during office hours
We give our employees the opportunity to donate blood during working hours. We cooperate with” Ge Blod” who has both blood busses and blood centrals.

Paid leaves
To facilitate work-life balance we offer some paid days of, for e.g. two days when you move to a new home, one day on your 50th birthday, two days in case of rapid illness for a close relative, amongst other.

Hybrid working-model
At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

The great majority of Cambio’s employees have 6 weeks of vacation. We also give all new employees the opportunity to get pre-paid vacation

Cambio has health insurance for all employees. The insurance helps you get fast medical care if you would need it. You also get access to several other services free of charge.

Euro Accident also offers counseling free of charge when you need advice from a psychologist,
sociologist, economist, ergonomics, health coach, law professional or crisis support. -
Additional parental leave pay
As an employee of Cambio you can apply for Parental leave pay, an additional compensation on top of what you get from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) as parental allowance.

As a complement to the insurance plan there is an opportunity to add a private group life insurance.
